Return & Refund Policy

At GERA Bangladesh, we are committed to delivering premium-quality Ethiopian Arabica coffee. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee packages for health and safety reasons.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The packaging was defective or opened upon delivery.
  • The product was expired upon receipt.

Refunds & Replacements

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit (where applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened coffee packages
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Orders returned without prior approval
  • Change-of-mind purchases
